@IPLTN2023007583: I’m a mod, I checked and there is no forum account “IPLTN2023007583″. So I guess you mean you could not create an account.
You may be using an IP that was blocked because of spam. Try using a proxy, or a mobile phone browser. If you can do that, send me a PM and advise what your IP is.
Also some email hosts are blocked, mostly Russian ones.
Don’t use Gmail addresses, they do not receive our messages.
Try using another login name, those can also trigger blocks.
You can change the display name later once you have an account.

You do not have a forum account, under this name, active or inactive, so I don’t know what you mean that it is “flagged as spam”.
Forum blocks are based on IP, email address or login name. So it’s one of those.

When I initially created a Forum account, a lot of username/email/password combinations got flagged as Spam. Then i got frustrated and just typed, not-spam. And somehow that worked ^^
