dcobbs6882, the audio file is the .m4b included. I got worried when I saw your comment and had to check.
Lots of audiobook playing apps should be able to read and play the file, and it works in programs like VLC.
If you really need it as an .mp3 you can search google for an online .m4a or .m4b to .mp3 converter that should convert it pretty easily. Alternatively, a program like Audacity with the LAME encoder could be used convert it by loading the file into the program and then saving as an .mp3 but that’s a little more effort.
