Ugh….minus the harem elements and I wouldn’t even hesitate to give it a try…

@kristeph, same. Surprised “Harem” still isn’t a category on the left yet. It’s weird, before all these harem audiobooks I thought I loved harem stories but damn, it really takes away from actual plot and makes every female as 1-dimensional as possible to the point I hardly ever know which female is talking. Some authors make it work but it really has lost its appeal for me.
