Lmfao, would you read a book about a loose transported to a game world to remain a looser? Just teasing I hear what you’re saying but if you don’t like it don’t read it. As for this book it is just another in the mold but I got through it easily enough and if there’s a second I’ll read that too I’m just glad it dint turn all fanservice half way through.

The genre has been popular in the japanese light/visual novel community for a decade, especially the loser /nobody getting transported.
There are some, like Olaf Thorenson who do it right, and others are literal (pun intended) ripoffs of prior art, they change the sex and add a sidekick or something. I won’t name names, but I left a review saying as much w/ google translations and the english text for the first 5 chapters and the author tried to get the review removed and me kicked off the site.
