  Prove the established, factual, historical record to a phool who’s not capable of evaluating it in any event. Yeah, that sounds like a productive use of tempus.

  Prove that you’ve reviewed all the population data, both pre- & post-war, all the testimonies & physical evidence. Prove that you can actually disprove it. Prove that you know where all the victims “disappeared” to.
  Prove you’re not an anti-Semite (”All the problems in the world, can be traced back to the jew. Its using the media to do it.”); prove that you don’t hate all the targeted victim groups: Romani, Polish Catholics, homosexuals, the disabled, etc.

  So, were all the millions of targeted victims who were starved, tortured, experimented upon & murdered “victorious” in some way, merely because their plight was acknowledged & recorded? In the most documented genocide in human history? A pyrrhic victory, surely?

  @NoName00, when you talk about “having your point of view based on what your have researched,” I hear QAnon-type ‘do your own research’ which paradoxically means ignoring the staggering amount of legitimate research that’s been done on the Holocaust and buying into the willfully unresearched ideas of someone else and passing that off as ‘your research.’

  @caesar963 I understand your argument. Nonetheless, one need to acknowledge the source of the information to determine any kind of bias. Academic research from the “deniers” can also lead to “facts” that were not considered by the other parties. Let’s not forget that denying the holocaust is a crime in multiple countries, which begs the question: Why? What’s wrong with doubting it? One can doubt religion, politics, scientific laws and even biology (that are objective facts) but not the Holocaust. I have studied a lot on the subject, have even interviewed with multiple jews that lived in Europe during that time to understand everything – grandparents of some of my friends. We have fantastic discussions on the subject. The fact that one has questions is not as offensive to them as it seems to be to most people here, who probably aren’t even jews.

  @airfish: Yes. Plenty, as a matter of fact. QAnon is a politically, pro-Trump underground movement that would never dare to deny the holocaust. Let us not forget Trump is pro-Israel, and his family is part Jewish. The fact that you associate critical thinking with that movement is distressing, because you have such a strong bias against what defies your beliefs that you need to strawman yourself out of it.

  I just want everyone to be open to question everything. Believe what you want, deny it too. Do whatever you like, it’s your life. But do let others think for themselves too

  My grandparents worked for the underground and witnessed many atrocities committed during the holocaust, not only to Jews but to many other minority groups. They were not liars and gain nothing with their support of the Holocaust victims. Why deny someone else’s suffering? To what end to you hope to discredit people who have suffered enough?
