Deniability is at the core of the scientific method: if a hypotheses isn’t falsifiable, it is surely not a scientific hypotheses.
Biology is a science. As such, it can use intuition to invent new avenues and experiments, but ultimatly, every hypotheses needs to be testable. If you cannot test, you have no hypotheses, however intuitive the conclusion may seam.
So if the author concludes for undeniability, we can conclude only one thing: the conclusion is not scientific.

This is not rocket science.
The growing body of scientific evidence shows clearly that the universe had a beginning and was designed.
