torrent download doesn’t seem to be working, also other provided link(direct download) lead to pay for download site

I am not sure if other people are having issues with this file, but firstly when I play on VLC player, the time always shows wrong. it will show I am 1/4 of the way through 8 hours, but will only be at 50 min. Another thing is it randomly skips ahead. not even sure how far since the time is off. I can’t seem to resolve this and it makes the audio impossible to listen to.
